The Wizarding Housing Authority are a very powerful group within the wizarding world now and not a single mudblood can be found working here. They are here to relocate the wizards that are deemed unworthy of living amongst regular magic folk.

Inaugurators bring them to the WHA, relocators decide whether they're worthy or not and then if they aren't, decide where they're going to be relocated to while chaperons escort them to the location at the end of the process.
