You might say things would change drastically. You'd be right if you thought that. The Dark lord's gaining power the same way he did before. His army is growing to vast numbers. People are fleeing, and fighting. But, it's futile. The Order of the Phoenix is trying to regroup. But, it's hard. With so many people hiding in fear, who's going to want to openly say they're against Voldemort? Not many, to answer that.
