She sat in front of the biggest oak tree on the grounds, legs crossed in a lady-like way that only someone as small as her could pull off. In front of her were two stacks of homework, one for Herbology and one for Divination. She gave a sigh, pressing her lips together as if in deep thought for a moment. She knew she was forgetting something, she just couldn't quite put her finger on what. "Herbology, check," she said silently, pushing it aside. "Divination, check," she added, piling Divination on top of the Herbology assignment. She reached into the bag beside her, pulling out another stack and going through it quickly. "... Magical Creatures, check... Defense Against the Dark Arts, check..." the stack was gone with that. She stared at her homework, frowning. She really couldn't figure out what she was missing, no matter how hard she tried.
Frantically, she dug through the pile of work again, staring at each professor it had to be turned into. Shaking her head, she decided that it probably was all there and she was probably fretting for nothing. There was a sound behind her as she stared at her Divination homework. The sound of a branch cracking hit her ears as the branch fell on her head. "Ouch!" she shouted, staring up at the tree. "Is anyone up there?" There was no answer, so she merely turned her attention back to her stack of papers. There were students around her, running in every which way. Shades of green, red, blue and yellow passing by her vision. She didn't seem to notice any of them, however and for a moment, she seemed almost dazed. Sighing, she decided that the homework wasn't that important. If she forgot it, she'd just copy off a Ravenclaw. It had worked last time.
