The Housing Estate

1. Only One House Per Character except characters holiday home
2. Large homes (board with up to 4 sub boards in the housing located) will cost 150,000 galleons, each additional sub board will cost 20,000 galleons.
Apartments (sub-board in the wizarding apartments) will cost 65,000 galleons.
3. You can upgrade from a flat to a manor as long as you have the missing galleons.
4. Always be sensible!
